Happy Feast of Pope St. John Paul II! It's pretty exciting to have a saint who was alive during my lifetime. :D St. JPII, pray for us!
Music History midterm today; it went quite smoothly. It was basically a glorified MLC mystery round, but much easier, because we had to identify genre, date (within 50 years), a possible composer and 4 reasons for this identification, and I feel pretty confident about it.
Also, the sweet potato I had for dinner looked like a heart:
Finally, for your listening pleasure (hehe), here is what happens when someone takes Music Media and Music History at the same time; the sounds are made by a tea kettle and the dryer buzzer and the piece is "Edi be thou, Heaven Queene", a song from the 13th century in praise of BVM. :)
